A whisky enthusiast, collector and connoisseur from the F&B industry for over 15 years in UK and HK. He will guide you through the sommelier process of whisky tasting, taking your palate on a journey starting from unpeated whiskies to super heavily peated what and where the famous Scotch character "peaty" is from.
