Amit Oz & Celine Herren - Founders of Conspiracy Chocolate
A Swiss and Israeli couple who met in Hong Kong with a passion for creating food and discovering new combinations of flavours. Chocolate is an integral part of their romance, so naturally they started trying to make their own.
Then founded Conspiracy Chocolate in Hong Kong, a bean-to-bar chocolate maker specialised in good flavour, through combination of traditional technique with modern food science and culinary arts.
Celine's palate is the secret ingredient to Conspiracy’s success at balancing flavours, while her skill at discerning flavours and balance was further developed after being accredited as a Level 2 Chocolate Taster.
They believe in challenging the conventional. Conspiracy Chocolate is a tribe of daring souls on a sensory voyage.
Alexandra Yung - Whisky Ambassdor
With a degree in Art, Alexandra launched her career in Los Angeles before moving to Hong Kong. Alexandra founded a company that specialized in branding and later joined a boutique auction house and art gallery as Managing Director. Having been trained as a Gin ambassador and sake WSET level 1, Alexandra learned from whisky masters in the UK and Hong Kong and gives regular presentations, webinars, tastings and classes on whisky as a drink and viable asset.
